1. In short
- You can browse the Website anonymously: regular pages set no cookies and we collect no data about visitors.
- Through the contact form we receive only your email address and message. We do not ask for or store your name, phone number or IP address.
- Requests are kept for 6 months and then deleted automatically.
- We share data with no one. Fonts, scripts and icons are hosted on our own server — your browser does not contact third-party services.
2. General
This policy (the “Policy”) explains how personal data of users of custom-web.ru (the “Website”) is processed and protected under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.
The controller is CustomWeb. Questions: val@customweb.ws.
3. Data we process
Only if you submit the contact form:
- your email address — to reply;
- your message. Please do not include passport or other personal details; if you do, they are used only to reply and are deleted together with the request.
We do not ask for or store full names, phone numbers, IP addresses, device data, special categories or biometric data, or payment card data.
4. Purpose and legal basis
Purpose — replying to your request, consulting, preparing a proposal and concluding a contract at your request. Basis — your separate consent to personal data processing, given by ticking the checkbox in the form (Art. 6(1)(1) and Art. 9 of Law No. 152-FZ), and contract performance once a contract is concluded (Art. 6(1)(5)).
5. Storage and protection
- Data is stored in a database on a server in the Russian Federation and in the Controller's mailbox that receives request notifications.
- Requests are kept for 6 months and then deleted automatically. If a contract is concluded, correspondence is kept for the periods required by law for contract documents.
- Data is not shared with third parties or transferred abroad.
- Only people who answer requests have access; the admin panel is password-protected and the connection is encrypted (HTTPS).
6. Cookies and local storage
- Regular pages set no cookies.
- The Contacts page uses technical session and anti-forgery cookies. They contain no personal data and expire when the browser closes or after 2 hours.
- Browser local storage remembers your colour theme and your cookie choice; it stays on your device and is never sent to the server. You can change your choice via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.
7. Your rights
You may request information about the processing of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, withdraw your consent, and file a complaint with Roskomnadzor or a court. Just write to val@customweb.ws — we reply within 10 business days, and on withdrawal of consent delete the data within the same period.
8. Changes
The current version is always published on this page and takes effect upon publication.
